Bai Hao Silver Needle - Organic

I tried one of our organic tea offerings yesterday, the Bai Hao Silver Needle. White teas are becoming more and more popular and are believed to have even greater anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties than green tea. Bai Hao is the highest quality of white tea and to prepare my cup I followed the proper brewing techniques for white tea- adding the tea to pre-boiling water and steeping for four minutes. The tea had woody tones with a lingering, smooth finish. I enjoyed this savory flavor with nothing else but a good book.
